Fast Times tweak their line up

Fast Times guitarist Jason Eveliegh. photo by Rchard Amery It is always fun to see a long standing over band with a new line up.
Fast Times returned to Legends Bar and Grill, Dec. 8,  to play some rock and roll and a little bit of pop for the dancers.
They began the set I caught with a cover of an Adelle song. Then Jackie French and new member Bridgette Yarwood donned funky glasses and handed out extra pairs to a few of the dancers, for a cover of Lady Gaga's “Poker Face.”

Yarwood sang lead on a couple of Pink covers including a sassy version of “You And Your Hand” as well as on a Fleetwood Mac cover.Bridgette Yarwood and Jackie French wear their poker face glasses. photo by Richard Amery

Lead guitarist Jason Eveliegh sang lead vocals on “Jesse’s Girl,” and shared lead vocal duties with Jackie French on a cover of John Cougar Mellencamp’s “Hurts So Good, then the ladies took the lead on “Walking on Sunshine.”

Keyboardist Michael Ayotte, hidden behind the rest of the band sung lead on Elton John’s “Crocodile Rock.”

The whole band got the crowd singing along on a nice cover of Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline.
They also did a capable cover of Guns N’ Roses “Sweet Child O Mine,” which featured Jackie French on vocals.
