I don’t get to a lot of rap shows but had to go and check out a special rap night fundraiser for YWCA Harbour House, Feb. 23 at the Slice.
I caught the tail end of a set from LRev and Urban Voyce featuring DJ Booda spinning the beats.
It was a pretty uplifting set which featured LRev and Urban Voyce combining singing and rapping. They didn’t have a great crowd when I was there. But were able to raise a fair amount of money for Harbour House.
