E-mail Print PDF

After the South Country Fair finalists took the stage, April 27 most of the audThe Bitterweed Draw pumping out honky tonk folk music. Photo by Richard Ameryience stuck around for the Bitterweed Draw who showed how to rock the roots.

They played an uplifting, multi-instrumental set full honky tonk powered, fun filled steel guitar with some very fine fiddle playing. They also sang some excellent vocal harmonies and kept a lot of toes tapping.

After that, it was time for something completely different as the Bitterweed Draw’s rhythm section showed off their indie rock side as Laser Cake.

Their bassist and drummer formed the core of the power trio Laser Cake, who played a rocking set of modern rock and indie rock music.
