Horoscopes for June 6 - July 13

E-mail Print

If you know your astrology and are aware of your sun sign, your moon sign and your rising sign, also called the ascendant, please read the scopes for the signs of all three; The moon sign being especially important for those born in the evening or at night, likewise the sun for those of you born at dawn or during the day. See my page on Facebook called 'Nyx Knox' for any questions or inquiries.

Aries
March 21 - April 19

I see that this week, for you Aries, communications by way of spontaneous and chance meetings, creatively unexpected outbursts, and showing your emotions and vulnerabilities are the important focal points, in contrast to last week. The last point though challenging encourages you to let loose with your feelings in strange ways. If there seems to be a problem or an excess of emotion, tackle it with artistic ingenuity.

Taurus
April 20 - May 20

Still more fruitful days to come in the pasture for the Bull. As Mercury enters into Cancer our emotions are charged and fuelled by the deeply rooted issues going back all the way to our childhood, worn on our sleeve in the most literal of all ways, our method of expressing ourselves. This is about the sort of expression that involves our feelings, not our image and impressions we would like to make about ourselves. Watch your words, and learn.

Gemini
May 21 - June 20

There's a watery whirlwind about you that impresses the comfort of house and home ever more still, yet creates an internal tension that may cause tempers to flare. Mum's the word doesn't necessarily mean mom is right, it just means that you have to listen to her, or else! The bright side of this circumstance is in the comforts brought when one finds themselves wholly able to admit their personal sensitivities, not just humbly but gently. There's a lot to be said for making an apology and how we receive them.

Cancer
June 21 - July 22

You are in the business of exorcising demons lately, or at least coaxing them to better living by way of co-existence. Water cannot calcify but sap turns to amber. Preserve what you can from any of the darkest, deepest remainders you are carrying with you. Nothing that has once been seen can be unseen again. We can either choose to see it under the moonlight, running in fear from ourselves or to sit still, and let what washes over us crystallize into our marrow as you reconstitute your core.

Leo
July 23 - Aug. 22

Checking your sense of pride in terms of loyalties is in order at the current juncture. Where Pluto takes us deeply into the mysteries of life and ourselves, being ruled by Scorpio, right now it is in Capricorn putting a finger on the Devil within us, our material selves in terms of our comfort zones. Do not be fooled into thinking the numinous and the fantastic are separate or in turmoil with the natural order of your life, and your pride.

Virgo
Aug. 23 - Sept. 22

Your ruling planet Mercury is busy right now and aided by the jovial forces, the Venusian and Martial as well as influences side-stepping in relating to the sign of Cancer. With Mercury being as active as it is, its movement into the Lunar realm touches areas of romantic relationships both to the things you love, and the people, as well as a relativity distinctly to the creation of new plans, new efforts, involvements, opportunities, ideas and be sure that whatever you create this week will have the beneficent expansive power of Jupiter acting to snowball it.

Libra
Sept. 23 - Oct. 22

There may be a sense of discomfort this week as you internally process some issues that are a little too close to the heart of things and to your insecurities born of personal struggle, making things uncomfortable as this sort of brush with our inner depths has a way of making us act out. We will surely be talking about our feelings concerning how we may have forgotten how to make our home or the safe niches we have carves at the same time the places that profoundly inspire us.

Scorpio
Oct. 23 - Nov. 21

Give it all up to the mystery, I say. The Devil could have just been demonized "pagan" figures such as Pan or Set but you don't hear them complaining about it, do you? When in doubt, pray the grey away ...  Now, you may be a religious, agnostic, atheist, Christian or otherwise but whatever your God or presiding passion, be it rock and roll, Hekate, Aphrodite or Vulcan or maybe the Spirit of Success or Christ or nothing at all, consider giving your issues up to it. A great power of the Scorpion lays in our ability to access the supernatural, nonsensical realm within and perhaps, leading without.

Sagittarius
Nov. 22 - Dec. 21

Time to do a little showing off, Sagg. Like the centaur you are, make sure to let your mane down and your athletic (creative, professional or other) talents be noticed. There are times for laying low and now is not one of them. What will gain you the advantage at present is in not being shy, making good of a little positivity and living up to responsibilities we have mainly to ourselves, not to anyone else. But oh, how attentions to these things does get you noticed. The trick is, don't care who's noticing.

Capricorn
Dec. 22 - Jan. 19

Cutting almost to the bone may be a sense of urgency toward what we feel we do not understand. Probing the farthest zones from the common experience of our daily psyche hurts so good! But it still hurts. Grit your teeth as only a Capricorn can, being sure not to damage any of them in the process. These could be trying times for you. If you've ever heard a saying about smiling through the pain, it's the best course of action. Keep that cool head, and watch those horns.

Aquarius
Jan. 20 - Feb. 18

You can expect a busy home front this week, with lots of house calls, visitors maybe even unexpectedly, phone calls, messages from old friends maybe even cropping up and issues of how to zero in on the self, point blank. There seems a defining point in time for you that makes each moment count, with a strong emphasis on how we plan on staying stable domestically during severe social storms outside, pending on what the future brings.

Pisces
Feb. 19 - March 20

Inward, ever inward. These are tricky days with much hanging in the air speaking of where in the area of our domestic life we want to see massive changes. There will be underlying tugs and pulls at our patience due to any patterns of monotony in routines relating to stability which are outgrown, as the week sees itself out. This can be turned around by making the time spent in the places we are most truly at home count, including a love of playing host, feasting, celebrating and avoiding dwelling in the muddy waters. There will be enough of that when Venus goes retrograde.
