Wax Mannequin back to rock it folk style

A small but mighty crowd sang along with every word of Wax Mannequin’s show at the Slice, Aug. 9.Wax Mannequin returned to the Slice, Aug. 9. Photo by Richard Amery
The Hamilton based singer/ songwriter was a bundle of energy.

He always stands out from the crowd and this show as no exception as he complemented his  unique lyrics with a drum machine,  and vocal effects, which fit right in with his sound. He was just performing solo this time, so he had to be his own one man band.

The entire audience was clustered in front of the stage , cheering and singing along with every word and calling out requests.
He even sang a credible version of Gordon Lightfoot’s “Sundown,” much to the audience‘s appreciation.
