I caught the tail end of a new local country band, Hurtin’ at the Owl Acoustic Lounge, Aug. 3.

 Hurtin’, including Shael Pezderic, his brother and his dad, Marlin also played the Canadian Country weekend on Saturday. They played a couple of originals, which I missed and a couple honky tonking classics including “Guitars and Cadillacs” and Michel Pagliaro’s  “What The Hell I Got.”
