Matthew Robinson played a strong solo acoustic set for a “small but mighty” audience at the Owl Acoustic Lounge, Aug. 31.
He played mostly original music, told a few stories and sang a few songs from his latest CD and a “really old song,” for which he detuned his guitar.
He talked of growing up in Prince Rupert, B.C. and the paper and pulp mills burning down, then sang an excellent song about it.
