A good sized crowd was out at the Owl Acoustic Lounge to hear Calgary blues/ indie rock trio Flowshine, Feb. 23.

 They  laid down a solid bass groove which had much of the crowd clustered in front of the stage dancing away.

And while they had a very strong Strokes influence, they also had some searing blues inspired guitar solos.
