Claresholm/ Nanton based country band Tin and the Toad played a phenomenal set of country and roots music, Oct. 9 for good crowd at the Slice.

I only caught the second  set, but it was all new material and all of it rock solid with plenty  of catchy guitar and fantastic multi-part vocal harmonies.

In addition to new original material, they also added some excellent new covers including the New Willie Nelson song “It’s All Going to Pot.”
