But the Shaela Miller Threesome were up first playing some of Miller crowd favourites including older songs like “Halfway in Love,’‘Scared Love,’ and newer songs from her latest CD ‘Love is Brave,’ with ‘Lonely,’  and ‘Teardrops on My Boots,’ plus some covers by Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline. She and lap steel/lead guitarist Taylor Ackerman sang an excellent duet together. I was hoping she’d play longer.Shaela Miller played an excellent set. Photo by Richard Amery

Ghostkeeper was a highlight, adding a huge reggae feel to their set which featured some impressive bass, some unusual  ambient guitar lines and other heavier songs with a grunge feel and distortion at ear-bleeding distortion.
