Hello! Hollerado here. For this press release we decided to write it ourselves. Here's why: It's with great happiness that we wanted to tell you that Hollerado is calling it a day.

For the past 12 years we've had the best time, all the time, and now it's time to move on to other things. We are all still best friends in the world and will cherish every second that we got to spend playing music together. After nearly 2000 shows in too many countries to count, the thing we are most grateful for is the friends we made along the way. Still, all adventures have an end and we feel that we have reached ours.

As they ease ever closer to their impending retirement, Hollerado yet again deliver us a genre defying, head-scratching and just plain weird video for new track “Time On Earth.”
“We've been wanting to make this video our whole career,” says the band. “A CGI breakdance battle between an old man, and a gross old man alien.  Admittedly a cliché, yes, but with retirement fast approaching we were running out of time to portray our take on this timeless tale. Unlike versions of this video you've seen in the past, we've added a 'milkshake toss' as a new element to this dusty classic. We were thrilled to collaborate with Ryan Faist and Joe Pascale, both of whom were very acquainted with the age-old plot and eager to etch their names upon the giant and timeless tree trunk that is Man vs CGI Man Alien That Is Gross.”  The video also features a cameo from Menno’s real Granny.

Hollerado have also extended their tour dates for the fall. The expanded routing adds in festival plays, select U.S. stops and a comprehensive crossing of Canada. The tour wraps up 2019 with three final Toronto shows this December 11- 13 at The Danforth Music Hall. All details follow below and are on sale now.
Retaliation Vacation shows just how much these industry vets have grown up: this is their swan song, and they're going out with a message of love and positivity. All this comes wrapped up in the loud guitars and life-affirming choruses fans have come to expect from Hollerado.” – Exclaim
Retaliation Vacation was written, recorded, produced, engineered and mixed entirely by the band. It’s a farewell gift to the thousands of fans and friends they made along the way during their beyond decade together. Hollerado go out the way they came in, still a tight-knit family with a catalogue of catchy-as-hell songs and a cannonade of confetti.

Catch them on tour for these final, farewell shows with Little Junior and Bad Waitress supporting.
