Savk is best know as the singer for Calgary music group "Beija Flor". After writing for many years with Beija Flor, Savk found the need to create some more minimalist and raw personal songs. As Beija Flor continues as Savk first love in music, he is able to show his softer side, and reach an audience that is sometimes tricky to reach with the 6 piece rock group. With a few amazing shows around Alberta, Savk was bitten by the bug to continue trying "the solo thing" to see where it takes him.
