ba johnston has spent the last 4 years either living at his moms or touring canada on the greyhound bus. he's played in laundromats, laundry rooms, stag and does, church halls, legions, bars, bookstores, vegan cafes and other hell holes across this country with bands like immaculate machine, cuff the duke and mayor mcca. his music is nerd rock at its highest point, dork lullabys and loser anthems. 5 albums later he is still eating mr.noodles in his moms basement and hoping to soon escape.

The Magnificent 7's are a musical collective based out of dirty downtown Winnipeg. Combining traditional bluegrass instrumentation with a sense of modern mayhem, The Magnificent Sevens create their own brand of prairie inspired roots music. Heavily entrenched in D.I.Y. culture, The Mag 7's respect music as an artform and not just an "industry". No ego's..no $40.00 hair cuts..just a group of people who love music, and aim to play it from the heart.

Moby Dicks www.myspace.com/themobydicksandstuff are Three people: one with a pretty big and long guitar with thick strings (Paul Lawton) one with a shorter guitar but that has more, thinner strings (Evan Van Reekum) and another with two broken, shitty 'drums' ( Joel Butler) and no voice after.
