Sunday, July 31st will be a great day to enjoy you at Average Joe’s Sports Bar, its CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAY. Come down for great fun, great food and great prizes. Doors will open at 5:30 P.M. Gamers can test their skills in a pool tournament, Bubble hockey tournament, Golden Tee golf tournament, lawn darts or a Texas Holdem poker tournament on the buzztime network.

Also the party atmosphere will be led by the music of rising country star Shane Chisholm. Shane, who hails from Claresholm, is a multi talented member of the Canadian country music world. He has played base and sung back up for Gord Bamford , George Canyon and Julian Austin. He writes his own songs and has his own CD out titled Hitchhiking Budda . In 2009 he was nominated for the CCMA Country Roots Artist of the Year award. Not only that, he makes his own instruments, his latest being an upright base crafted from the gas tank of a Chevy mini van. Shane will take the stage at 10:00PM.

As well, there will be a golf tournament at Paradise Canyon with tee times starting at 12:00 P.M. The first 15 teams to pay Terry Clark(403-330-3863) the $100 per person entry fee will be eligible. The $100 includes golf, cart, and a steak sandwich at Average Joe’s.
