Devon is a talented one-man band who can captivate any crowd with his eclectic, foot stomping, sliding-steel guitar and harmonica driven rhythms. His diverse and thundering sound embraces many different musical styles including rock ‘n roll, acoustic, folk, blues and country. In previous years he played in a dynamic duo “Devon and Kevin” and has now launched a solo career as Devon Coyote. He has recently released a four-song EP to give his fans a taste of his upcoming album “Blue, Black & Grey” which will be released this spring. Over the past decade Devon has had the opportunity to play over 350 shows across Western Canada and the Northwest Territories, sharing the stage with well-known artists such as Juno Award winner Alex Cuba, country super stars Emerson Drive, Bif Naked, Econoline Crush, West Coast surf rockers Current Swell, BC Music’s male performer of the year Ari Neufeld and The Malibu Knights. Devon was nominated for “New Artist of the Year” at the 2009 B.C. Interior Music Awards.

Growing up in the Okanagan, this self-assured 29-year-old musician inherited his family's ear and passion for music and started playing guitar at the age of eight. His musical journey has been influenced by greats such as Ben Harper and Kris Kristofferson. Devon spends endless hours mastering his art form which comes through in his wildly exciting live shows. He has left the construction industry to embark on a fulltime career as a songwriter and performer.
