Leigh Doerksen is a Lethbridge singer songwriter who plays with lethbridge blues/ rock duo Church.
Getting back into performing as a solo musician, I decided to give myself a challenging task. Drive across Canada with no real savings or specific tour plan. I'll be living in my van, connecting with the musicians and people I know along the way, all the while performing anywhere possible, hopefully doing nothing too sketchy for food or fuel. With video camera in hand, I will also be documenting the experience in hopes to turn it into a film. The Summer Sabbatical Tour.
'Be Mysterious' a solo EP I released April 16th will be promoted on the tour, as well as new music from my new two piece blues/rock band Church.

Owl is Lethbridge’s newest Lounge in the same building which had Mood, Squeaky’s Pub before and O Riley’s before that. They feature live acoustic music and excellent food. |
