It
may be hard to describe the feelings you get when you've just witnessed
something you'll never forget. When you take the long way home and see
things you miss every other day. Or when you change the station and hear
a song that just grabs you and no matter how hard you try, you just
can't get it out of your head.
That is what Canadian born Singer Songwriter Lori Kole brings to the table........... Something Special.
Within
a few bars of her latest original offerings you feel a commanding
presence and her sultry, smokey vocals draw you in for a closer
look.............
Her fans agree, Lori sets herself apart by
connecting to the crowd in a way many new artists don't. Whether it's a
small intimate crowd or A full blown sold out venue, she makes eveyone
feel important leaving everything on the stage.
Lori was born and
raised in the town of St. Martin, Manitoba. She now calls Calgary,
Alberta her home. Her strongest influences have been Dolly Parton, Reba
McEntire, Tanya Tucker, and Stevie Nicks.
Lori is currently
releasing to Canadian Radio her latest single " Happy " co-written with
Nashville songsmith Adam Wheeler. Be sure to listen for her on your
favorite local radio station and look for her upcoming album Barefeet
& Butterflies due out in 2010 produced by Nashville's Steve Fox.
After
hearing him play, it only takes a moment to realize that Barry Driedger
is a country guitar picker. Raised from musical roots, playing in his
Dad's band, and learning from the likes of guitarists Craig Young and
Derrick LittleJohn, Barry has diligently continued to develope that
sought after traditional country tone. Barry has been well versed in
the local country scene and has healined with various recording artists
including Melanie Laine, Marty Grambo, Curtis Grambo, Craig Moritz, and
Big Mike Callan on the stages of Merritt Mountain Musicfest, Big Valley
Jamboree, Dauphin Countryfest, Gold Coast Casino Las Vegas (NFR) and the
CCMA artist showcase(Big Mike Regina'07). His diligent focus and hard
work ethic has not only been an asset to my project but the energy he
brings to the stage is second to none.
Troy Clark
Troy Clark
was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Before getting his first kit
from his parents at the age of 12, he remembers vividly rocking out on
the spoons to Waylon Jenning's Ramblin' Man. A true lover of Classic
Country music with an immpeccible meter, Troy brings forward the
backbone of our unit laying down the right feel everytime. Troy has
played on the road with the likes of Chris Cummings, Thomas Wade, Lisa
Hewitt, and Larry Berrio. His light hearted nature and sense of humor
keeps us rolling with the punches. We love ya brother.
Randy Ross
randyrossPlaying

player. His humble and dedicated nature has been a true asset to the
growth of my project and Im truely proud to call him my friend. Randy
has played all across western Canada with artists such as Val LeRoy,
Debra Ainsworth, opening for the Cruzeros and other Blue Leaf Artists,
playing the same stages as Jimmy Rankin and Blue Rodeo. While raising
his daughter as a single dad, Randy has also had the opportunity to sit
in with drummer/producer Erik Bowsman(Sting, Stevie Wonder) and Randy
has also played with the likes of Duris Maxwell (Doucette/Heart/Powder
Blues). In addition, Randy works also for the Calgary Based
International Motion Picture Indusry, William F. White. And by the way,
I'm still waiting for him to give the next female lead role...but it
just ain't happenin'!!! So I decided to make my record instead!! We
love ya Hammer.
