The Algorithm French electro-metal artist and producer, THE ALGORITHM, is thrilled to announce his signing to Detroit-based electronic/rock label FiXT, along with the release of his third album Brute Force due out on April 1, 2016.

THE ALGORITHM mastermind Remi Gallego once again delivers an impressive mash of metal sub-genres with techno, synthwave and sheer lunacy, whilst exploring sonic extremes and depths further than ever before. Having refined his craft since 2014's highly acclaimed Octopus4, Remi’s work on Brute Force has added maturity and seamless cohesion that further affirms ‘THE ALGORITHM’ sound that is uniquely his own.

  • Formed in 2010 as Celestial Coffin until early 2012, The Avulsion are a 5 piece progressive deathgrind machine from Lethbridge, Alberta. The goal of this band is to bring you some of heaviest yet thought provoking extreme music you have heard in recent days. Endless progressions, various ferocious vocal styles from 2 vocalists, neck breaking double kicks and blastbeats, razor sharp yet sledgehammering riffage and filthy basslines are what makes this band into one of the heaviest bands to come out of Alberta. Having played many festivals over the years (Farmageddon, Loud as Hell and Calgary Metalfest to name a few) and opening for big acts such as Veil of Maya, as well as touring in 2014, The Avulsion show no signs of stopping. 2013 saw the release of an 8 song EP entitled "2012 EP", with 2015 seeing the release of their new EP "Unholy" in October.
