Cut & Char is destination dining with a menu that pushes the
boundaries of creativity in food and atmosphere. We invite you to
celebrate artisan food designed for everyone to enjoy everyday at an
accessible price point.
Local owners have injected new energy
into the homegrown chophouse menu for all of Lethbridge to enjoy high
atop the renovated water tower. Intriguing steaks and seafood entrees, a
daily ‘always vegetarian’ Chef’s risotto, bountiful salads, appetizers
to amuse all of your senses and an indulgent dessert menu are all part
of the new Cut & Char!
Open daily for dinner at 4:00 p.m.,
Cut & Char accepts reservations as well as more casual drop-ins for
everyday or special occasions. It is an honour and a privilege to be
