John Lennon - Clark Gilmour (Born 25/06/1987) has been singing and acting from a very early age:

  • Performed in numerous plays and musicals including ‘The Wizard of Oz’, ‘The Music Man’, ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ and ‘Hamlet’.
  • Sung in Symphonic, Madrigal, Jazz and Barbershop choirs.
  • Signed a record contact with his band The Down & Outs at the age of 20 and achieved Single of the Week with debut single ‘Julie Andrews.’
  • Received national radio and TV airplay on Radio 1, Xfm and the BBC.
  • Invited to support several high profile bands (Groove Armada, Dirty Pretty Things, The View and more) and performed at T in the Park, Live at Loch Lomond, The London Forum, Glasgow Barrowlands and the O2 Academy as well as the annual Young Scot Awards, attended by the First Minister.
  • Invited to portray John Lennon in the nationwide ‘Made In Britain’ theatre show, performing in venues such as Inverness Eden Court and Carnegie Hall Dunfermline.
  • Performed at Liverpool’s International Beatles Week at the Cavern Club (twice), The Adelphi Hotel and the Royal court as well as being asked to play one of America’s top Beatles festivals, Abbey Road on the River.

Growing up as the son of a successful Beatles impersonator, Clark was hooked from an early age and had seen and met the likes of Carl Perkins, Gerry Marsden, The Merseybeats, The Searchers and the Swinging Blue Jeans before even learning to play the guitar. The first song he learnt was Buddy Holly’s ‘Oh Boy’ and his first gig was performing ‘Maxwell’s Silver Hammer’ on a bill that featured Jet Harris of the Shadows. Becoming a Beatles Tribute artist was an inevitable lifelong ambition and after the dissolution of his own band in 2009, Clark initiated the steps to find likeminded mop tops.

Clark grew up in the south of England, Germany and the U.S.A with his five sisters. He graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Master of Arts in Theology and Religious Studies but his only religions are The Beatles and Liverpool Football Club.

  • Building and running the successful Top Sounds recording studio 2006 to '08, recording a large variety of local bands and artists.
  • Touring extensively in Europe and Scandanavia with The Martial Arts (Groover Records) & The Fast Camels (Rainbow Quartz).
  • Performing at a number of high profile venues & events including V Leeds Festival, Glasgow Barrowlands (twice) Alan McGee's Death Disco in London, The Bandwagon Club- Zanzibar Liverpool, Liverpool's legendary Cavern Club, IPO festival, Glasgow ABC.
  • Invited to portray Paul McCartney in the nationwide "Made In Britain" theatre show, performing in venues such as Inverness Eden Court and Carnegie Hall Dunfermline.

Joe's fate as a musician was sealed at the age of 11 when a chance Saturday afternoon at home brought the Technicolour Pop-Art wonder of The Beatles second movie ‘Help!’ into his life. His first guitar followed soon after, and armed with a copy of The Beatles Complete songbook and an ever growing collection of copied Beatles albums on cassette and vinyl, Joe taught himself music from The Beatles unparalleled catalogue of songs.

Early adventures into song writing soon followed and with this brought the mastering of drums, piano and of course bass guitar. It was the bass that resonated most with Joe, and learning from his favourite Motown, Beach Boys and Beatle records he developed a deep, melodic and individual style. Joe furthered his interest in arranging, production and recording in a variety of high school bands and recording projects and soon immersed himself in Glasgow's vibrant music scene, performing and recording with a variety of successful groups most notably The Owsley Sunshine.

George Harrison - Craig McGown (Born 29/10/1986) has been playing guitar for 10 years and has:

  • Started up his own successful Guitar Teaching School.
  • Received National Radio/TV Airplay with his band ‘Ramblers’
  • Supported Several Professional Touring bands
  • Performed at Top U.K. Festivals and venues including Live at Loch Lomond and The Cavern.
  • Worked alongside Gregor James – Red Hot Chili Pipers Guitarist

Early influences in learning the guitar included Eric Clapton, The Beatles and The Doors. After achieving an Advanced Higher in music from High School Craig attained a degree in Music Technology from the University of the West of Scotland and since then has been involved in ‘Them Beatles’ - taking up the role as George Harrison.

Craig opened The Craig McGown Guitar School in 2008 which has proved to be a big success with teaching taking place from two locations in central Scotland. Craig has always been interested in the teaching side of guitar and building a guitar school from scratch has always been an ambition of his.

Ringo Starr - Grahame Critcher (Born 08/02/1979) has been playing drums for many bands since high school:

  • Played drums in Glasgow alternative band ‘Koba performing across the UK including appearance at Scotland's largest music festival T in The Park in 2006, managed by former Echo and The Bunnymen bassist Michael Jobson.
  • Played drums and performed backing vocals with Glasgow vintage Rock n Roll band "The New Birdmen"
  • Played in live backing group for Glasgow songwriter Mr D's solo country album ‘Wings and Wheels’.
  • Played in live backing group for Joe Kane's solo album ‘Only Joe Kane’.
  • Musical consultant and manager of Glasgow band ‘Love Pirates’.
  • Organizer and host of annual charity music event at The Ferry in Glasgow.

Self taught in drums as well as percussion, vocals, guitar and piano, Grahame has always had musical performance in his life. From an early age he was mentored by his Uncle, a successful singer with the Scottish National Opera Chorus and English Opera. With many influences, his education in numerous musical styles has given Grahame a wealth of musical knowledge.
Influences include Buddy Rich, John Bonham, Keith Moon, Ronnie Tutt, WS Holland and of course Ringo Starr to name but a few. Grahame has developed a strong drumming technique which has allowed him to perform many genres across his career and turn his hand to almost anything rhythmic.
Grahame grew up in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, an only child and studied as a Journalist and PR at Bell College.
