Leave the Living is a five piece metal band with a blue-collar work ethic. Ben Carter, Sean Higgins, Steve McGillivray, Jose Dyck and Justin Shadows formed the band in 2010 in Red Deer, AB. With a heavy focus on live performance, the band plays its own brand of groove metal. Its music to snap your fucking neck to. Drawing from diverse inspirations, Netherward is an amalgamation of melodic death metal, thrash tempos, hardcore time switches, soaring guitarmonies, baritone growls, and jazz-funk bass grooves all built on a DIY punk-rock foundation. Although their musical backgrounds and careers are manifold, in Netherward there is no question that the sum of the members’ disparate influences is distilled into pure, raw, unadulterated metal.

Since early 2013 Becomes Astral has been working hard to write some tunes and get themselves out into the world of music. After a full year, name and line-up changes, the band has finally locked it down and are preparing to head into the studio to record "the mind" ep expected to be released this fall!

Formed in 2010 as Celestial Coffin, The Avulsion is always moving forward and transforming with their blend of death, grind, and various extreme influences. After many a lineup change and a debut 8 song release entitled 2012 EP, The Avulsion is now working on their debut full album Pangaea. The Avulsion has had the honor of playing many cool festivals such as Slaughterfest, Zombiefest, Farmageddon Open Air and Calgary Metalfest! They have also opened for the likes of Veil of Maya and The Contortionist. Now a 5 piece killing machine, The Avulsion gears for their first tour this july.
