I wanted to catch David Vertesi at the Slice, Dec. 3 unfortunately I just missed him, but caught an unusual and heavily 
orchestrated set from Victoria, B.C. based songwriter Aidan Knight.
he and his band laid back ambient indie-pop, jazz tinged soundscapes.
The band combined an array of horns, xylophone, violin and random percussion with delay heavy guitar and a lot more, which had a good sized audience hypnotized by the waves of music.
