It was blues / rock night at the Owl, May 7 with Curt Young.
It ended up being a who’s who of the Average Joes Thursday night open for the bands/ jam session.
As several familiar faces joined bluesman Curt Young on stage.
He had Lance Tailfeathers on bass and Murray Nelson on guitar and a packed house of Young’s fans.
There was a lot of upbeat blues rock and even a touch of country.
For something different, metal band Sacred Savage, who have also played the Average Joes competition, was scheduled to play as well.
