It is always a good time when Girls, Girls, Girls come back to Lethbridge.
While the United Kingdom trio don’t have any girls in the band, they brought a lot of ’90s Brit rock to the Owl Acoustic Lounge, May 3. Approximately 24-30 people came out on a drizzly Thursday night for the show.
They played a tight set as always, playing much of the music from their latest CD “Here Comes the Bastards” as well as a couple of gems from their previous releases.
They sounded like the Raveonettes, Blur and the Clash crashing into a Gypsy caravan.
They played a lot of dark, upbeat music which sounded like it was inspired by dark London fog and pouring rain.
