Paul Reddick blew a few minds by blowing beautiful harp at the Slice, Aug. 30 with the help of Ben Sures on guitar.Paul Reddick blowing harp. Photo by Richard Amery
Reddick made an impression right from the start of his first of three sets.
He played a lot of hot and tasteful harp solos.

His first set included several tracks from his latest CD “Wishbone,” including the highlights  “I Am The Other Man,” and “Devil’s Load.”

Sures was only playing his second gig with the band but fit right in, usually concentrating on rhythm, but emerged from the shadows to play sweet and tasteful guitar solos.

Their second set was more straight ahead blues. Paul Reddick blew more amazing harp solos as the band played songs from throughout his career. “Whiskey is the Life of a Man” from the new CD was a highlight.
The band was locked in together, though Reddick’s harp was front and centre.
