The Southern Alberta Ethnic Association (SAEA) would like everyone in Lethbridge & surrounding area to experience this great cultural event. For the past 2 years SAEA has not been able to host this event in-person and has celebrated online therefore, we are very excited to be able to celebrate this educational and fun event once again.
The Asian Heritage Festival is back in-person! Saturday May 28th at 11:00 am to 3 pm at the Multicultural Centre there will be a fun-filled day of delicious Asian foods for purchase, entertainment, cultural displays, Filipino fashion show, games and children's entertainment! Admission is free!
Some of the great things you will experience at Asian Heritage Day Festival are:
Food for purchase by the Hawaiian Burger Truck, Dumpling House, Canadian Bhutanese Society, Filipino Association, India Canada Cultural Association.
Cultural displays and games.
Performances from Bhutan, India, Indigenous community, a Filipino fashion show and Belly Dancers from Ammena Dance Group. Vendors like specialty nail polish and chocolates with an Asian flare and much more.
We would like to call upon you, your family and friends to come out and celebrate this event to experience the Asian culture through food and entertainment. This will be a great day of fun & a new experience to remember.
