The mood was a great deal lighter at the Owl Acoustic Lounge than at the Everlast concert as Owls By Nature made their Lethbridge debut, Sept. 20.Owls By Nature have fun on stage. Photo by Richard Amery
Owls By Nature were having as much fun on stage as several audience members were having fun dancing in front of the stage.

Riley McKinnon and Jenn Bailey opened the show for a good sized audience, many of whom had tricked away by the time Owls By Nature took the stage at around 11 p.m.

They put on a fantastic set of high energy, four part vocal harmonies, some banjo, some countrified guitar licks and much more.
There melodies were addictive and their musicianship was fantastic.
“Heartbreaking Ways,” the first single off their latest CD “Everything is Hunted” was a highlight as was a slower number “Take Me Home.”
They ended their set with an upbeat  song “For Alcoholics.”
