Arts Days was the big event of last week. Because of Covid, most of the events were outside.

As expected Rotary Square outside of casa was the site of  a lot of the musical entertainment.

While I missed the Family Affair on the Square, the usual community cabarets was condensed into one show, the Allied Arts Days cabaret, on Friday, Sept.  24.

While I missed Body Lens and Michale Willems, I caught another solid show from Makiisma, who had a CD release party at the Owl Acoustic Lounge a week ago  for her CD “Lady Misery.”

Their set, minus James Swinney and keyboardist  TJ Waltho, was still filled with some of the popular, dark folk tracks from the CD including the title track.
