Thursday, June 30th will be another opportunity for a great party and
great entertainment in Joe’s Garage at Average Joe’s Sports Bar in
Lethbridge. What better way to ring in Canada’s July 1st birthday, then
to party with one of Canada’s premiere 1980’s rock groups, Honeymoon
Suite. The group broke onto the music scene in 1981 and produced a
number of platinum selling albums in the
eighties. During that time they opened for the likes of Billy Idol,
April Wine and Bryan Adams. They were named Group of the Year at the
Junos in 1986. That was followed by many years of successful touring
promoting albums like Racing After Midnight, and hit singles like New
Girl Now, Burning In Love and Lethal Weapon.
The Honeymoon Suite
concert will start at 9:00 P.M. in Joe’s Garage Thursday night on June
30th. Tickets are on sale for $25.00 and are available at Average
