If you had to use one word to describe Ty Baynton it’s country. From the souls of his boots to his cowboy hat and his signature glass of Jack and Coke that rests on his mic stand, he’s got the heart and soul of a Canadian boy raised in a small town, which would explain the title of his latest single Canadian Country Boy.
Ty picked up a guitar at the age of 14 and had written his first song and began taking the stage by 15. Ty recently completed his first tour, kicking it off with a show at Canadian Music Week with stops at venues along the way until finally reaching Calgary. He received such amazing reviews and feedback from radio stations and new fans that he’s going back out on a 7 week tour in August.
Ty’s recent single Canadian Country Boy is an anthem for Canadians across the nation and is going to be followed up by more up-beat country tunes from his new CD, scheduled to be released in the summer of 2013.
