Planet Telex are a local alternative rock band.
All instruments, songs, lyrics and psychic background noise by John Brooks, except bass by Ryan Shannon, also additional recording by Nickolej Villiger. We are happy to announce that the cover is finished, and the Milk Tea: Empty Orchestra CD will be available shortly. Also there will be live performances very soon, we've got some interesting plans up our sleeves for the next few months. Lots of new songs and musical inspirations (Thanks to Jeff, Miro and Dennis for the LP hookups!), more to come in this space. Wonder of wonders, we will even have some songs up on the site soon, and hopefully some unreleased type stuff. So, look out for the new CD with amazing art by Chris Morrison, and we hope to see all of our people at the Alberta live shows this summer! Cheers, John
