The Silkstones are an alternative music band from Lethbridge, AB consisting of Ryan Phillips (vocals, guitar), Russ Andrew (lead guitar, backup vocals) and Blake Lowry (percussion). The group formed in November 2014 and their first album, "Record Machine" is currently available.The band perform mostly original content drawing from the sounds of Motown, Sam Cooke, The Beatles and Bob Dylan to artists like Soundgarden and The White Stripes.
