The first release for Bil Hetherington and The Asian Tigers CD was two years in the making. However, victory is here at last! This full length contains 10 songs with diverse subject matter ranging from lost love, found love, political-ishness, as well as rock tours.

Bil Hetherington is the singer and songwriter for the The Neckers (www.theneckers.com), a rock and roll band from Calgary known for their electric live performance and releases such as “In a Whole Mess O’ Trouble, s/t and the latest release (which peaked at #40 on Earshot), “Love and Infection”.

The Asian Tigers are no slouches. The players on the record include Scott Burman (ex-Cape May), Kyle Koenig (Love and Mathematics), and Steve Elaschuk (Wagbeard, Falconhawk, The Neckers). The record also features performances from Lisa Lobsinger (Reverie Sound Revue, Broken Social Scene, and Apostle of Hustle), Glenn Alderson (Dirty Dirty North), as well as Lorrie Matheson (National Dust, Fire Engine Red). The record was produced by Bil and Lorrie.

Fast forward to today; the Asian Tigers are now made up of Bil, Steve, Jordan Tettensor (Fake Cops), and Shawn Parks (Jain Vain and the Dark Matter)
