Slynk plays & produces a variety different kinds of music but he is mostly known for his funky-hiphop-bootleg-b-boy-breaks style productions. His music influence was rooted in early childhood growing up in Brisbane Aus. After paying his dues djing at a local cafe (and practicing his scratching until his forearms hurt) he got noticed- big time. After playing shows all over Australia he was given his first opportunity to play across seas by the one and only Shambhala Music festival in 2009 - and the rest is history. Being a major west coast favorite he is booked again this year for Shambhala 2015 (Fractal Forest), as well as Astral Music Harvest. Catch him in Lethrbidge on April. 24th to kick off your festival season right!
