7:30 p.m. The Silkstones http://www.thesilkstones.com
The Silkstones are a rock band hailing out of Lethbridge Alberta Canada. The Silkstones became fully-formed in the spring of
2015, and make good use of the full-band instrumentation. With a
fantastic intertwining of rhythm guitar, blazing electric leads, and
groovy drumming, their music takes the listener on a journey with honest
songwriting and energetic live performances.
They make the music that they want to hear, and have no problems sounding unique while doing it.

PRAIRIE POST PUNK
They sound like frantic guitar suicide with splintering, interwoven
rhythms and shouted unison vocals. The songs are to-the-point, but with
enough room to sustain dancing.
10:45 Lab Coast labcoast.tumblr.com
Lab Coast is a rock/pop band, formed in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in 2008, by Chris Dadge and David Laing. They are currently
active, and have released three albums, two split 7" singles, and and
two EPs. They are known for short, hooky pop songs, with an emphasis on
strong vocal melodies, bustling rhythm section arrangements, and
twin-guitar interplay. Lab Coast’s albums are characterized by a fuzzy,
vaguely psychedelic, “lo-fi” production aesthetic, largely attributable
to the band’s recording methods and equipment. Live, the band exists as a
conventional five-piece rock combo, with unintentionally fluctuating
membership.
Chris Dadge (drums, vocals), Darrell Hartsook (bass), Henry Hsieh (guitar), Sammie Smith (guitar), David Laing (vocals).

Vescarelli (vox, 12-string, guitars); Jennifer Crighton (vox, harp,

"Formerly named Deadhorse, the group exudes
a powerfully eclectic interplay between its members... as they traverse
through West Coast inspired psych-folk, raved-up blues rock and
arena-size psych jams that venture into deep space–sometimes within a
single song" - Dog Gone Blog
